Taiba Beach Gardens 1.

15th June 2007.

Construction is well under way and proceeding to schedule.

Foundations are in and the first floor construction is proceeding. You can now see the curved balconies of the ground floor units.

15th July 2007
he first floor is going up to schedule and the balconies are now established. You can see several photos from balconies showing the future views and also the remaining land in front of the construction that will be used for garden areas.

30 August 2007.
The 1st floor is complete, the base of the 2nd floor is well under way.

October 2007
All is progressing well and the 3rd floor is now under way.

November 2007.
Construction is now well under way on the 3rd floor and the pool area and community area is beginning. All is going well without issues or complications.
I have included a few photos of the views from all floors. Also, my architect and administrator visited the site with me and you will see us having lunch in our favorite Taiba beach restaurant. Fresh fish, salads, rice dishes, shrimp stew, juices and fruits listening to Bossa Nova and looking at Taiba beach.

February 2008.
The 3rd floor is complete and the roof is now on. Most major structural work is complete. Plastering and tiling is under way and services/plumbing are being installed. The pool area, paths etc will shortly progress. It was a great day to enjoy the views from the apartments.

April 2008.
Plastering is now under way and the joinery will shortly be installed. The final look is a little easier to imagine now the plastering is in place. We will shortly plant the main palms in the front of the site also so they can begin to mature.

June 2008.
Joinery is being fitted, Tiling and lower floor garden access. The relaxation and gym area is under construction and site waste treatment etc being installed. Pool is in and shortly the public Barbeque area will commence.

August 2008.
Joinery and tiling is in and recreation areas are being completed. Timber balcony detailing will be installed shortly.The tropical styled landscaping will commence in September. .

September 2008.
Construction is progressing well, external joinery detailing is now being installed to the balconies. Pool is being cleaned and activated this week.Laundry is nearly complete. Landscaping design was agreed and will start execution October 1st. The relaxation/yoga room etc will now be focus of attention.
