Construction is well under way and on schedule. Foundations are in and the 1st floor is going up

November 2007.
Construction is now well under way on the 1st floor and 2nd floor is commencing. All is going well without issues or complications. There are no workers on site in these photos as we shot them mid day during lunch time. These 1st few phases are generally without much detail but as the project continues and becomes more interesting we will upload larger photo sets.

Also, my architect and administrator visited the site with me and you will see us having lunch in our favorite Taiba beach restaurant. Fresh fish, salads, rice dishes, shrimp stew, juices and fruits listening to Bossa Nova and looking at Taiba beach.

February 2008.
Construction is progressing well and is mainly structural. The 3rd floor is now well under way and some units are also being plastered. All site retaining has been done and shortly the pool area will commence. The roof is the next milestone.

March 2008.
3rd floor is completing.

June 2008.
3rd floor is complete and Roof is under way. Tiling and rendering are under way. The beach equipment storage and wash down area is now being constructed.

August 2008.
Internal joinery and tiling is near complete and the external joinery will now commence.
Kite storage and laundry building is under way.
